This voice and singing development course is aimed at people who sing amateurly or professionally, choristers and performing artists, people who use their voice in their profession or people motivated by the desire to know their voice better for greater possibilities of expression and well-being in everyday life...
These three days will allow you to delve into yourself and explore your voice in its connection to your body and movement. Expand your vocal abilities, refine your connection to your body, liberate interpretation and improvisation, and sing in polyphony.
I will offer you exercises, games and songs from my research and my professional voice practice in connection with the educational approach of the Roy Hart Center .
For what?
We will open this space dedicated to expression, to encourage individual and collective creativity through voice and movement in a caring and supportive environment and to connect through song.
This workshop will provide you with the tools to guide you on your path to expressing your authenticity in your singing and in your life. It can support your personal creative space and your sense of legitimacy for an artistic or other project.
We will explore our inner worlds and share them as a group through an artistic approach.
For whom?
You who wish to encounter your voice as the sound expression of the singular being that you are.
By passing through the universe of sensations and imagination, we will invite him to deploy his potential, his waves, his desire, his poetry...
You who wish to be more comfortable expressing yourself in public, speaking or singing, perhaps take a first step towards a dream of singing on stage. Or you who already have an artistic project or other project related to the voice. Or simply you who love singing and wish to explore this field to tame it a little more
You who wish to experience moments of deep reconnection with your body.
How?
Through conscious movement, we explore sensations and emotions, and allow ourselves to be inspired...
The warm-up times, standing or on the floor and sometimes in physical contact with others, will lead us to deepen our connection with our own body and express its natural, instinctive voices.
I will offer you work on texts, singing or speaking exercises, and time dedicated to vocal technique. The physical aspect will be omnipresent to free up improvisation and bring to life the interpretation of a song you have chosen to work on.
We will sing songs from around the world in simple polyphonies and I will offer you rhythm games to lead to collective improvisation circles.
You will experience personalized support sessions as part of the ongoing work to raise awareness of the body/voice relationship.

Practical details
Internship dates:
From Friday May 9th to 11th inclusive.
Schedules:
From 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m. on Sundays
Place :
12 route de Keradily 29180 Plogonnec
The training will take place in a very beautiful, bright, spacious room with a beautiful floor.
Rates:
Internship: 240 euros for 3 days.
Food:
We can cook on site and provide lunch.
Accommodation:
It is possible to sleep on site in collective accommodation for 16 euros/night.
The place has 2 single rooms, 32 euros/night
